Stephanie Parrish

Stephanie Parrish is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), with specialties in weight management, senior fitness, and functional movement. Through a supportive coaching process, she helps people who are seeking to make changes in their habits and behaviors to create healthy lifestyles. Her goal is for everyone to feel better, move more, nourish well, and enjoy life.

Stephanie is also a certified Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) instructor, which is a strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older. SAIL is an evidence-based program developed by the Washington State Department of Health (sailfitness.org).
