Julia leads a very thoughtful and inspiring yoga class. Her very natural, happy nature is delightful and completely disarming. She makes yoga accessible to anyone, anytime. We are lucky to have her in our community.
Julia is a great yoga instructor (and an incredibly sweet person)! I love that her classes are so welcoming (even for those of us who are sometimes late). She challenges us while also honoring our limitations. Thanks Julia!
Julia’s yoga classes are wonderful. She has a gentle way of encouraging each participant to reach deeper...for a pose, an intent, understanding, and self-awareness. I also appreciate how Julia continues learning about yoga and bringing that knowledge back into our practices.
