Healthy Lifestyles Workshop
 During this two-part workshop, we will explore topics on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition basics, exercise, and well-being. In a supportive small group environment, you will also have the opportunity to assess your lifestyle, health habits, and health history, as well as learn how to set and achieve your goals. At the end of the workshop, you will have a personalized toolkit to help you become a "do-it-yourselfer" for creating your own healthy lifestyle. (Note: To protect the floor in the studio, please bring comfortable shoes to change into that are reserved for indoor use.)
