Group Workshops. In this workshop series, we will explore topics on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition basics, exercise, and well-being. In a supportive small group environment, you will have the opportunity to assess your lifestyle, health habits, and health history, as well as learn how to set and achieve your goals. At the end of the workshop, you will have a personalized toolkit to help you become a "do-it-yourselfer" for creating your own healthy lifestyle. Individual Health and Wellness Coaching. Health coaching is a collaborative process that helps you reach your health-related goals by changing habits and behaviors.
