Gentle Yoga with Sarah
I invite you to join me as I guide you in a gentle yoga practice. Together we will connect with our breath and explore the stillness that resides within each one of us. Class unfolds at a slow and calm pace making it friendly for beginners and those of us who could use a ‘time-out” from our fast paced world.
We will use props to encourage opening and length. Each class is unique to the energy of the moment. That is to say some days we may approach asana (poses) from a restorative outlook and some days from a more movement based asana practice. Not only do we gain flexibility in our bodies but also in our minds.
