Whether you are new to yoga, have been away for a while, or just feel some basics could boost your practice, this series might be for you. This progressive series will begin with the basic foundations of yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing practices). We will also be adding some basic Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) to aid us in becoming more aware of our basic nature and ways to find balance both on and off the mat.
